“David has exactly the right background to be an outstanding assessor for Larimer County. He understands the housing market and the importance of valuing properties fairly. David knows well the need to run an efficient office to protect the taxpayers and he will be accessible to the citizens whom he serves.”

Steve Johnson, Former Larimer County Commissioner

David is the only competent candidate in the race for the Office of Larimer County Assessor.  What distinguishes him from the incumbent is David’s work ethic and knowledge about the proper function of the Assessor’s office.  First, David Eisenbraun will actually show up for work, which will be a refreshing change in our fair county.  Secondly, David’s experience arms him with real-world understanding of land use, people, and our regional markets.  He has a plan to help mitigate the ravages of high inflation and the challenges of rapid-population growth. These crucial attributes have sadly been missing in the Larimer County Assessor’s Office for the past four years.  The situation there is actually quite alarming.  I fully support David Eisenbraun in his campaign to restore the level of competency Larimer County residents deserve in our Assessor’s Office, and I strenuously ask you to join me.

Bob Schaffer, Congressman

Supporting David Eisenbraun for Larimer County Assessor is an easy choice for me. David impresses me with his common sense, conservative vision he wants to bring to the office of the Assessor. He has an immense understanding of land use practices as well as an understanding of how our markets can help position our county to handle the rising inflation and the rapid population growth. David is most certainly a “people person” who will be able to build bridges between different groups and facilitate collaboration between a variety of perspectives to find solutions to the staffing concerns, and land and market concerns facing us now and in the

future. I am asking you to join me in supporting David Eisenbraun for Larimer County Assessor. I truly believe he is the best candidate for the position.

Shirley Peel, Fort Collins City Council, District 4

-Paul Rennemeyer, Mayor of Windsor, CO

Larimer County deserves an Assessor with common sense and respect for the taxpayers, residents, and property owners. I am confident that David Eisenbraun has the experience and knowledge to guide the county through the rapid population growth and inflation that we are all seeing. David comes to the table with solutions in mind; ready to address our concerns in a complicated real estate market. I fully support David Eisenbraun for Larimer County Assessor and ask you to do the same.

Alexis Smith, Former Chief Deputy Assessor of Larimer County

It is with great enthusiasm I write about David. David has exactly the right background to be an outstanding assessor for Larimer County. He understands the housing market and even more importantly, the importance of valuing properties fairly and correctly. I believe he will run an incredible office built on collaboration with his team. He clearly understands the  huge magnitude of importance of protecting taxpayers and he will be accessible to all citizens. His common sense approach to business is exactly what is needed for this very important position.

Dennis Schick, Business Owner

I’m Rob Woodward, serving the citizens of District 15 as your Senator. As a small businessperson, family man, and enthused volunteer, I know it takes hard work and dedication to the principles of liberty and individual rights to make a difference.

David will bring the leadership so desperately needed in this office, along with the knowledge and experience to provide more objective assessment tools. As a certified planner, partner in a local land use firm and senior city planner, David understands the need for transparency and respect when dealing with individuals and their property. He knows it’s your property and will fight for what is yours!

Rob Woodward District 15 Senator

I endorse David Eisenbraun for Larimer County Assessor because he will do a better job than the incumbent. David Eisenbraun will improve the efficiency of the Assessor’s office by using the talented staff to do property assessments instead of outsourcing for large sums of money. David Eisenbraun will keep more money in the taxpayer’s pocket by assessing property values at 95%-97% of market value instead of the bloated over 100% of market value that they are currently being assessed at. David Eisenbraun is a conservative that believes in limited government which gives residents freedom to live their lives without government interference.

Christine Gaiter –  Wellington Fire Protection District Director

“I endorse David Eisenbraun to be Larimer County’s next assessor.  I worked with David several years ago as a City of Loveland employee, he has proven himself to be a man of integrity and his character speaks for itself. It will take hard work to rebuild trust in that important county position and David is up to the task. As a fellow Larimer County resident, I put my trust in David to be the best visonary for county assessor.”

Don Overcash, Mayor Pro Tem and City Councilor- Ward 4

David is the principled, caring, common-sense assessor Larimer County deserves.  David understands the importance of providing fair assessments of Larimer residents’ properties and desires to respect the property rights of individual tax-payers.  I am confident David will use his understanding of land use, people, and free markets to successfully guide Larimer County through these challenging times of extreme inflation and rapid population growth.  I fully support David Eisenbraun for Larimer County Assessor and ask you to do the same.

Kelly Notarfrancesco, Former Liberty School Board member

David is what Larimer County needs-an Honest, Fair, and Conservative Assessor. He has years of actual experience in residential and commercial policy issues to bring to the job. He understands the impact of inflation and rapid population growth on our property values.

I fully support David Eisenbraun for Larimer County Assessor and ask you to join me in voting for David.

Bob McCluskey, Former Fort Collins Businessman, Fort Collins City Councilman, Colorado State Representative

I’m Mike Lynch, House candidate for District 65, and I’m proud to live and work in Colorado. I’ve seen a shocking change in our state these last few years because we’ve let media and other voices define who we are or what we stand for. I say it’s time we take back our state!

I’m proud to endorse another man who has similar hard-working, conservative values. He’s a new face and a fresh voice that will bring respect and leadership back to the Larimer County Assessor’s position. He understands the need for objective assessments of your property, and he’ll bring the leadership and experience that office desperately needs.

Let’s work to put a person of integrity and leadership into the Assessor’s office. It’s one more step in making our communities and our state stronger. Let’s support David Eisenbraun!

– Mike Lynch, House Candidate for District 65

As a former Larimer County Commissioner, but more importantly as a Larimer County property owner, I want David Eisenbraun to be our next county assessor. The tax you pay on property is directly related to the assessor’s determination as to the value of your property. Therefore, we need someone with experience and expertise who will work hard to make sure that all assessments are fair and accurate. David is an impressive individual who possesses the intellect and integrity to do the job well. However, I believe his most important attribute is his work ethic. He knows that it takes hard work and attention to detail to assure the accuracy of property tax assessments. Please join me in voting for David Eisenbraun to be our next Larimer County Assessor.

– John Clarke, former Larimer County Commissioner, Fort Collins City Councilmember and 50+ years as a resident of Larimer County
